ReplyDeletebut you have not cited anything about External Security check in PR process. i have lodged my visa on 2nd of july and 6th Aug my CO appeared with request of CV and 8 years income evidence and also form 80 for my wife. we are in Iran and i thing they have some consideration about my country. from that day request i asked him for my application status after nearly 2 weeks and he only answer me as below:
"The Department of Immigration and Citizenship recognised that the time taken to process your application may be causing you and your family concern.
We are seeking to process your application as soon as possible. You will appreciate, however, that all non-citizens applying for visas to enter Australia are considered on an individual basis and against legal requirements set out in Australia's migration legislation. This often includes requirements that all applicants undertake and meet health, character and national security checks that are undertaken by other agencies, which can take some time.
The timing for completion of the checks varies from one case to another depending on individual circumstances. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a definitive timeframe for finalisation of your application. You can be assured that the Department of Immigration and Citizenship staff will do all they can to ensure that your application is finalised as quickly as possible.""
and moreover i did my eHealth and PCC before CO and couple of days after my lodgment.
upto this moment i have had no change on my visa portal and i am so in dark side.

ReplyDeleteI would like to get some advice on my 189visa application circumstance:
1. I have to do offshore application as I had my 485visa refused. Would processing time still be the same as for those who applied onhshored?
2. I heard onshore applicant gets right to have medicare service. Does the same apply for offshore 189 visa applicant? As I applied for MRT i will have right visa to come back to Australia after offshore application.
3. Would you say there is disadvantage from getting the previous visa refused?

I have an invitation for visa sub class-190. but i am reluctant in migrating with spouse and kids as i want to start process for my family at later stage say after 1year of settlement. Am i thinking right or i should migrate with family?

ReplyDeleteI have done few mistakes in answering some questions in online form that we use to fill for visa 189 . For example it asked me that have you visited Australia before , the answer should be yes but by mistake i wrote no.
Then i filled 1023 form for change of incorrect answers and gave the correct details .
Can you please tel me that was that a right step ? Mistakes that i have made on the form will effect the visa decision ? Or it will be updated without creating any problem
Secondly my Daughter was born on 25 NOV 2013 but i didnt mentioned her in Sec"Dependent Family members who are not including in this application " . For that i used 1022 form . Is this correct ?
CO has not been assigned yet . Please Help me out as i m really stressed about these errors.

I am engineer in Information Technology with 7+ years of experience as Process/Project Manager. My job also needs me to do BA role sometimes. I am a Six SIgma Black belt certified and also PMP certified and some Process related certifications like ITIL and eTOM. I have few queries which i need your help :
1) I am confused on which skill should i apply. I am more intetested to apply for visa 189 (i have points for 189) as i dont want to be bounded by working in any particular state but the skills which seems closer to my profile i.e Project manager is only under Subclass 190 (which means i need sate sponsorship) so does that mean i can only apply for 190? If yes how do we decide which state to choose? will Aus govt give us the option or we need to specify ourselves?
2) Is there any skill which is for process experts/Six Sigma experts? I have searched thorugh but couldnt find one.
3) When we send the skill assessment request to ACS do we need to specify which skill code (e.g. ICT business analyst or ICT Project manager etc) are we interested in or will they choose the skill themselves based on our profile?
