Generally there comes a time in your life when you evaluate options of changing something either in career or lifestyle, and you most of the times think of something close enough to your current residing place. But then there are times when your thought jumps to area which is far geographically and/or on familiarity scale like a different state; and a very few times you consider 'what would it be to be living at an entirely new place - a new country - a better one'. May it be US, UK or Australia.
Actually this did not happen with me, nope - neither with my brother - this thought came to my brother's friend (also colleague) and he induced this thought through discussion to my brother's mind - The Inception.
Later, this thought vanished from my brother's colleague - probably his wife did the trick :) - but remained in my brother's. From there on, his journey started. He got details of various countries in his appropriate-list and then method of migrating to those. After doing some shortlisting based on career, standard of life, ease of migration - his list at the end showed one name - last country standing - down under: Australia!
It was early July 2011 when he started to get to know the very details of the process and the requirements. It was early Feb 2012, when he got the PR for Australia - it was very quick as per timelines of that time. This happened as he somehow got each process cleared in the least amount of time possible! Next June he was already in Australia searching for job - which he secured in mid July; a contract job.
Come July 2012 - inception of concept Australia got to my mind!
